Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

FixPros is a service marketplace operated by CLODEVO (DUNS: 952294946), registered in Casablanca, Morocco. This policy explains what data we collect from users of the FixPros mobile applications and the fixpros.app website, and how we handle it.

2. What we collect

When you sign up: your phone number, name, password (hashed), and email if provided.

When you operate as a professional: your service area (city + radius), bio, portfolio photos, IBAN for payouts, KYC documents (verified via our identity partner Didit), and your service catalog.

When you book as a customer: your delivery address, booking history, ratings and reviews you leave, and messages you send to providers.

While the app runs: GPS location during active jobs (foreground only), device push notification token, and in-app behavior analytics.

3. Why we collect it

To match professionals with customers based on location, service area, and ratings; to process payments to provider IBANs; to verify provider identities (Moroccan Law 09-08 and KYC compliance); to send job offers, booking confirmations, and chat messages; to detect off-platform solicitation that puts users at risk; and to investigate disputes.

4. Who we share it with

Customers see a provider's name, avatar, ratings, bio, and service area when evaluating them. Providers see a customer's name and address only after a booking is confirmed.

We share data with the minimum required third parties:

We never sell your data to third parties.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, delete your account from Settings → Privacy, and withdraw consent for marketing communications.

Account deletion soft-deletes your row immediately, then hard-deletes after a 30-day grace period (you can cancel by signing in within those 30 days). Some records — anonymized booking history and payout records — are kept up to 7 years as required by Moroccan accounting law.

6. How we secure it

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher, and at rest where supported by the underlying storage. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access tokens are short-lived (15 minutes); refresh tokens are revocable per device. KYC documents are stored encrypted by Didit and we hold only the verification result.

7. Children

FixPros is not directed at users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us at contact@clodevo.com and we will delete the account.

8. Camera, photos, and storage permissions

The mobile app requests access to your camera and photo library only when you explicitly tap to add an avatar, upload portfolio photos, capture KYC documents, or attach an image to a chat message. We do not access these sensors in the background. Captured images are uploaded over TLS to our encrypted storage.

9. Location permissions

The mobile app requests foreground location only when you have an active job in progress, so the customer can see your live ETA on the map. We do not collect background location and we do not track location when no job is active. You can revoke location permission at any time from your device's Settings.

10. Updates to this policy

When this policy changes materially, we will notify you in-app and via email. Continued use of the FixPros applications after the notice acts as acceptance of the updated terms.
