This page explains how to delete your FixPros account, what data we remove, and what we are required to keep after deletion. FixPros is operated by CLODEVO, registered in Casablanca, Morocco.
The fastest way to delete your account is from within the FixPros mobile app:
Your account is soft-deleted immediately and you are signed out of every device. After 30 days, the account is permanently removed.
If you change your mind during the grace period, simply sign back in within 30 days and your account is fully restored.
If you cannot access the app — for example, if you've lost the device tied to your account — you can request deletion by email:
Send an email to privacy@clodevo.com from the email address on file (or include the phone number registered on your account so we can verify ownership).

You don't need to delete your entire account to remove specific data. Email privacy@clodevo.com with the request and we'll process it within 7 business days. You can also edit most fields directly in Profile → Edit profile from inside the app.
