Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on the FixPros mobile applications or fixpros.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. FixPros is operated by CLODEVO (DUNS: 952294946), Casablanca, Morocco.

2. What FixPros is

FixPros is a marketplace that connects customers seeking home services (cleaning, plumbing, electrical, gardening, beauty, and other household tasks) with independent professionals based in Morocco. FixPros is not the provider of the services. We are a platform that facilitates the connection, the booking, the payment flow, and the dispute process.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under Moroccan law to use FixPros. By signing up you confirm you meet these requirements.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are set by Providers and hosts (within ranges defined per service category) and are displayed clearly, in Moroccan dirhams (MAD, all taxes included), before any booking is confirmed. Customers may pay either online by bank card — processed securely through the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) with 3-D Secure authentication (Visa, Mastercard, CMI) — or in cash directly to the Provider at the time of service or check-in. No card data is stored on FixPros servers. Sales terms, including refunds and cancellations, are detailed in our Conditions Générales de Vente.

FixPros charges Providers a service fee on completed bookings to cover platform costs. The fee structure is shown to Providers in their account dashboard.

7. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled by either party subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as disclosed in the cancellation policy displayed in the app.

8. Disputes

If a service is not delivered as agreed, contact contact@clodevo.com within 48 hours. FixPros will mediate between the parties and may suspend the offending account pending review. Disputes that cannot be resolved internally may be referred to the competent court in Casablanca, Morocco.

FixPros connects parties but is not a party to the actual service. To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, FixPros is not liable for damages caused by Providers or Customers, for the quality of services delivered, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Intellectual property

The FixPros name, logo, app, website, and all associated software are the property of CLODEVO. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the platform without written permission.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app and by email. Continued use of FixPros after a notice acts as acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute arising from your use of FixPros falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
