On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your phone number. You'll receive a one-time code via SMS to set a new password.
Open the app, go to Account → Settings → Privacy, and tap Delete my account. You can also request deletion via the standalone form at fixpros.app/delete-account. Your account is soft-deleted immediately and hard-deleted after a 30-day grace period.
Check that you entered the correct phone number with the +212 country code. If you still don't receive the SMS within a minute, wait 60 seconds and tap "Resend code". If it persists, contact us at contact@clodevo.com.
Your earnings appear in your in-app wallet right after each completed mission. Withdrawals settle to your linked IBAN according to your tier's payout cadence (weekly for Bronze/Silver, every 3 days for Gold, instant for Elite).
Open the booking in the app and tap the Report menu, or email us with the booking reference at contact@clodevo.com. We investigate every report.
